Shipping & Delivery

How long until I get my order?

  • Standard (arrives in 4-7 days)
  • 2nd Business Day (arrives in 3-4 days)
  • Next Business Day (arrives in 2-3 days)

Arrival times are dependent on item availability and ship-from location. Saturday deliveries in most areas. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt shipping services. 

 

Store Pickup

Ship online orders to your campus store for FREE, just select 'Store Pickup' on the Delivery Options page. We’ll send you email updates on your order status, and let you know when you can drop by to get your order.

* Note: Store Pickup may not be an available delivery option at all campus stores.

 

Abandoned Orders

Orders are considered “Abandoned” if the order has not been picked up within 21 days of the order being placed, or the start of classes (whichever occurred most recently).  The campus store will make at least one attempt, via phone call or email, to contact the customer during this period of time to inquire about picking up the order.

Abandoned orders can be refunded by customer request:

  • If the request is within the first 21 days of class start, the refund will be made to the original form of tender. 
  • After this period, a gift card can be issued for the refund. 

 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Sure, orders may be sent to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via UPS SurePost.  USPS Priority Mail is not an option.

How can I track my order?

Check on your order status using the tracking number from your order status email. For easy checkout and tracking, create an account. Registered users can track orders within their Accounts:

  1. Go to Account and login to your account
  2. After successful login you'll be directed to your orders page
  3. Click your order number go to the Order Details page

Under Order Details, click on the Track order with Shop

 

How do I ship to APO/FPO address?

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout:

  • Enter Country > "United States”
  • The City > choose APO or FPO
  • The State > either "Armed Forces America," "Armed Forces Europe," or "Armed Forces Pacific"
  • Enter your Zip code
  • Enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number. Orders will ship via UPS SurePost.  Expedited shipping is not available to APO/FPO.

 

Can you ship to an International P.O. Box?

Unfortunately we don’t currently deliver to International P.O. Boxes.

 

Shipments to and from Alaska & Hawaii

*Note: If you don’t choose either the Next Business Day or Second Business Day shipping options, your order may take substantially longer to arrive. We strongly urge you to choose one of these shipping options to ensure that your order arrives when you need it.

 

Canada and other International Orders

For orders to Canada or another international destination, no shipping charges or taxes will be applied at the time of checkout. Instead, we’ll contact you with information about the shipping charges and taxes. Your order will be processed only after you have approved the shipping charges/taxes—because of this, please allow extra time to complete international orders.

 

Sanctioned Countries Shipping Policy

Orders containing non-course material items (e.g., general merchandise, technology, etc.) will be cancelled.  You will be contacted by the store to replace your order without those items.
